Into the seventh year it's going to be bigger than ever! The national event is co-ordinated by BIG4 to encourage families to try or rediscover the fun of a night spent in the great outdoors and under the stars by offering a FREE night on a powered or unpowered site. Over 100 BIG4 Holiday Parks across Australia will be participating in the event, to find out the closest park to you  and to make an online booking take a look at the BIG4 website.

On Friday 9th October 2009 BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort was inducted into the 2009 and 2010 Whitsunday Tourism Hall of Fame after winning the best Tourist and Caravan Park category for the past 13 years! Needless to say we are still grinning from ear to ear and the award comes from relentless hard work and dedication to providing the best holiday experience for all of our guests by the McKinnon Family and their team of staff.
