Check In Times

Check in time is between 2pm and 7pm, should you arrive prior to this time you are welcome to use the Resort facilities. To check in after 7pm please advise when making your Reservation and prior arrangement can be made for you.

Check Out Time

Check out time is between 7.30am and 10am on the day of departure. Early check outs can be arranged through Reception during your stay.

Office Hours

7.30am - 7.00pm everyday of the year except Christmas and New Years Day.

Location

BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort is located 4km's approximately 5 minute drive from Airlie Beach and is set on 26 acres of landscaped gardens.

Local Transport

There is a bus stop for the local bus company Whitsunday Transit at the front of the Resort and the buses run every 30 minutes into Airlie Beach, Centro Whitsunday Shopping Centre and Shute Harbour.

Most day cruises offer a courtesy bus and will collect you and drop you off from Reception.

Local taxis are available at all times.

Making a booking

To make a booking at BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort, please phone on our free call number as above, email or follow the links on our website. To confirm your Reservation you will be asked to pay a deposit of one nights accommodation within two weeks of making your booking or upon making your booking if you wish to stay within the next two weeks. A deposit may be paid via Visa, Master Card or Bankcard, direct deposit or cheque. Once a deposit has been paid you will receive a confirmation letter with all of the details of your booking. The balance payment of your Reservation is required upon check in to the Resort.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations must be given 14 days in advance and refunds are only available after your accommodation/site has been re-booked. The quotes tariff is based on the number of adults and children. Should the number vary, the tariff may alter.

Visitors To The Resort

You are more than welcome to have a day visitors to your site or cabin but day visitors can only enter the Resort as the visitor of a paying Resort Guest. Your visitor is welcomed to visit you on your site or cabin and if they intend to use our facilities such as the pool, playground, mini golf etc. A DAY FEE APPLIES $5.00 per person per day). Overnight visitors attract the usual extra person tariff. You must register your visitors at Reception on their arrival and please remember you are responsible for your visitors behaviour. Visitors cars must be left in the car parking area near Reception - strictly not on your site.

We have access to some wonderful babysitters - just ask at Reception.
