The Bunk House equals great school group dorm accommodation

We can plan amazing itineraries for discovery, character building and learning while providing a fun ‘base camp’ that’s full of great activities to engage and entertain students after a busy day. Our school group accommodation options span camping to our Bunk House dormitory style accommodation, all set in a stunningly beautiful, safe, self-contained environment.

BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort offers a base where students can learn and have fun at the same time! Stay onsite and enjoy hours of endless entertainment or venture out to experience some of the Whitsundays’ best destinations, including Whitehaven Beach and the Great Barrier Reef.

Our extensive range of onsite activities including our big, huge, mega waterslide park, Airlie Beach’s largest resort pool (heated in winter), mini golf, jumping pillows, outdoor cinema, tennis, basketball and more are available to enjoy at leisure, or ask us to organise an itinerary of fun group activities!

Wildlife Whitsundays Creature Combo Program – 2 Hours

Brought to you by the passionate Wildlife Whitsundays team, students enjoy a captivating educational adventure into the fascinating world of Australian Wildlife, designed to align with your curriculum.

This two hour immersive adventure and educational session, provides the unique opportunity to interact with, and learn about, a diverse collection of Australian snakes, lizards and insects.

Time out is always available

Did you know that we offer our very special ‘Reilly Room’, an onsite sensory room, which caters to children on the autism spectrum and available free of charge for students to access at any time during their stay.

For students who would like access to ‘The Reilly Room’ during their stay, it is accessible with a key which you may keep for the duration of your stay to use as needed. The facility is set up for use by one student/teacher at a time for the comfort and benefit of the user. An ‘occupied’ sign highlights when the room is being used so whoever is ‘settling’ will not be interrupted.
