BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive and comfortable experience for guests of all abilities. We proudly hold Quality Tourism accreditation across multiple accessibility categories, including limited mobility and wheelchair users, low vision, low hearing and cognitive/autism. The resort offers a range of accessible accommodation options, wheelchair-friendly pathways throughout most facilities, accessible parking, an accessible bathroom for powered site guests, and an accessible shuttle buggy to assist with transport around the resort. Our main lagoon pool is equipped with a pool hoist, allowing guests with mobility needs to enjoy the heated 32-metre pool, alongside stair access with handrails. Check-out time from your cabin or site is 10:00am, allowing our team time to prepare for incoming guests.
