Then you can choose from tennis, mini golf, water slides, pedal karts, Kids Craft Club, outdoor movies, poolside massages, our Animal Park… the list goes on.
Waterslide Park
The shrieks of laughter coming from kids as they enjoy the big, huge, mega Waterslide Park at BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort in Airlie Beach may well be heard all over Australia! This exciting, diverse range of 13 colourful waterslides takes the resort to a whole new level of family entertainment.
Animal Park
BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort has built its very own Animal Park with a collection of kid friendly animals for children to visit and grow to know. With 3.5 acres of park space to roam, visitors will have a wonderful time getting up close and personal with baby calf, sheep, lambs and more.
Kids Craft Club
We’ve taken Kids Craft Club in the Whitsundays to fun new heights. As the only mainland resort in the Whitsundays to have a kids craft club, it falls upon us to do Fun with a capital F! And we can happily report we haven’t let the team down!
Mini Golf
Our 18 hole floodlit mini golf course proves to be a challenge for all levels and it’s not always the most talented golfer who wins! With its landscaped greens and watering holes it is one of the most popular facilities and a great activity for families and couples alike. Golf putters are available for hire and froggy golf balls and score cards are available for purchase from reception.
Outdoor Cinema
Children and adults alike can enjoy movies under the stars at our very own outdoor 15 foot cinema screen. Movies are screened three times a week outside of school holidays and seven times a week during the school holidays and is free to all guests staying at the resort.

Activities Galore – whether you are young or young at heart there are plenty of activities to do.

As a family-run business with lots of mums on staff, we’ve thought of everything so you have just as many opportunities for time out as the rest of your family. We started by creating a kid’s paradise where they’ll be so enchanted, entertained and happy, they won’t even notice that you’ve snuck off for a poolside massage, a relaxing spa or a hit of tennis.
